This is something you don't do very often. But these folks have good experience behind them. They kept me informed of the date they would be here, and showed up on time. This is a two story house over 5,000 square feet. Not a problem to them. Plants were pulled out of the way, along with any furniture or other obstacles. Signs posted. All doors, cabinets opened. Any food found, even in the refrigerator, was removed (we had not moved in yet so very little food.) They did not miss a thing. Tent came down on the day stated. House ventilated. Signs posted. Very professional and efficient.

I highly recommend J&J Termite! We've been using them ever since my husband and I were woken in the middle of the night by, what we found out later, was a rat dying in our attic. We called J&J as soon as they opened and they were at our front door almost immediately. They are the first guys I call when I have a critter issue (and out here we have them quite often) and we use their monthly service to make sure the rats don't come back. (They haven't.) As a realtor, I refer them all the time because I know my own clients will be satisfied by their service.
